2. Handmade Product Variations
Every treat is handmade in small batches.
Slight variations in shape, size, and color are part of their charm.
Ingredients and nutritional information are provided for transparency.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is received.
We accept credit/debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, and other checkout options displayed at checkout.
We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete.
4. Shipping Timelines
Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
Custom treat orders: 7–10 business days
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Local delivery available within 25 miles of Bethlehem, NH 03574.
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our treats are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Ingredients are clearly listed; customers should review before purchasing.
Every pet is unique, and Moose Country Pet Treats is not liable for adverse reactions.
7. Subscription Orders
Subscriptions renew automatically. Customers may update or cancel their subscription prior to the next charge.
8. Intellectual Property
Our photos, descriptions, graphics, and logo are the property of Moose Country Pet Treats and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from website use or product consumption, beyond the purchase price of the item.

Shipping Policy
Baked fresh in the White Mountains and shipped with care.
1. Processing Times
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days
Custom treats ship within 7–10 business days
High-demand seasons (holidays, summer travel) may extend processing slightly.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS. Options appear at checkout.
3. Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent via email once shipped.
4. Warm Weather Considerations
During hot months, we recommend choosing faster shipping. We are not responsible for treats affected by heat in transit.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.
Refund Policy
We want both you and your pets to be delighted.
1. Perishable Items
Because our treats are made fresh and preservative-free, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless they have already entered production.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale partnerships are available to independent retailers, boutiques, farm stores, groomers, and pet specialty shops whose values align with our homemade, small-batch mission.
We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications to protect the integrity of our brand.
2. Minimum Orders
To keep production efficient while preserving our handcrafted quality:
Opening Order Minimum: $150
Reorder Minimum: $100
3. Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is provided once your account is approved.
Prices may be adjusted with written notice based on ingredient costs and seasonal production.
Payment is due at the time of order unless Net 30 terms have been granted.
Accepted payments: credit/debit card, ACH, or invoicing for approved accounts.
4. Lead Times
Because we bake everything fresh:
Standard lead time: 7–10 business days
Large or custom orders: 10–14 business days
Rush requests may be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours.
Once orders leave our shop, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
6. Product Handling
To ensure our natural, preservative-free treats stay fresh:
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Use FIFO (first-in, first-out) stock rotation.
Do not repackage, relabel, or alter Moose Country Pet Treats products without written approval.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to product perishability, we cannot accept returns.
We gladly replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including photos.
8. Sales Channels
To preserve brand consistency:
Retailers may sell in-store or on their own website.
Reselling on Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, or third-party marketplaces is not permitted without written approval.
9. Branding & Marketing Materials
We happily provide approved descriptions, photos, and brand assets.
Retailers agree not to alter product details or imply unapproved health claims.
10. Custom Orders
Custom shapes or specialized health blends may require:
Minimum of 10 units per flavor or design
50% nonrefundable deposit
Extended lead times (typically 14–21 days)
11. Liability
Moose Country Pet Treats is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, repackaging, or misuse of products.
